Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ship-engine-coupled high-efficiency propulsion duct and, more specifically, to a duct selectively coupled to an outboard (inboard) engine so that propulsion efficiency of a ship can be maximized. The ship-engine-coupled high-efficiency propulsion duct according to the present invention comprises: a body part provided in a streamlined shape that can minimize resistance with respect to the proceeding direction; a propulsion part formed in the body part so as to enable fluid to be suctioned into the body part; and a pair of duct parts which are connected to both sides of the body part and can discharge the suctioned fluid rearward at a high speed. The ship-engine-coupled high-efficiency propulsion duct according to the present invention can facilitate the inflow of seawater, minimize resistance when the influent seawater is discharged, and spray the seawater at an output higher than the output that is input during discharge of the influent seawater.
