Abstract:
A fibrous structure (21) of this shock absorbing structure is provided with inter-layer binding yarns (26) that are multilayered fabrics and bind a plurality of fibrous layers in a stacking direction, wherein the inter-layer binding yarn (26) is a twisted yarn. In the fibrous structure (21), the inter-layer binding yarns (26) are arranged side by side in a load input direction (Z) and extend in a direction perpendicular to the load input direction (Z) and along the surface of the fibrous structure (21). The fibrous structure (21) is set such that the numbers of twists of the inter-layer binding yarns (26) in first to third portions (23-25) are different in order to achieve required compressive strength of the first to third portions (23-25) against a load.
