Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shoe inner soles that enables passage of air between a foot and a shoe of a shoe wearer during walking, and absorbs an impact generated during walking, thereby reducing fatigue of the shoe wearer, the shoe inner soles including a pad(10) made of a flexible material, a plurality of impact-absorbing protrusion(20) formed to protruding from a side of the pad(10) and integrally formed with pressure-applying protrusions(21) in the center of impact-absorbing protrusion(20), and a cushion member(30) integrally formed between the pad(10) and the impact-absorbing protrusion(20) to elastically support the impact-absorbing protrusion (20).

Claims

[1] A shoe inner soles comprising: a pad 10 made of a flexible material, a plurality of impact-absorbing protrusions 20 formed to protrude from the bottom of the pad 10 and integrally formed with a pressure-applying protrusion 21 at the center of impact- absorbing protrusion 20, and a cushion member 30 integrally formed between the pad 10 and the impact- absorbing protrusion 20 to elastically support the impact-absorbing protrusion 20

[2] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein air passage holes (12) are further formed on the top of the pad(lθ) to connect the adjacent impact- absorbing protrusions (20).

[3] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein a concave groove is formed on the top of a heel portion(40) of the pad(lθ) that is contacted to a heel of a shoe wearer.

[4] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein a first impact-absorbing pad is formed on the bottom of heel portion (40) of the pad(lθ) that is contacted to a heel of a shoe wearer.

[5] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein a second impact-absorbing pad having a honeycomb shape is formed on an arch portion(50) of the pad(lθ) to be contacted to an arch of a shoe wearer.

[6] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein an air exhaust hole(22) is further formed in the center of the pressure-applying protrusion(21).

[7] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein a sheet(60) having a plurality of vents(61) corresponding to the impact-absorbing protrusion(20) is further provided on the top of the pad(lθ).

[8] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein a plurality of air passage holes(13) are further formed on the pad(lθ) for air to communicate between the top and bottom of the pad(lθ).

[9] The shoe inner soles of claim 1 wherein, on the bottom of the pad(lθ), first slip- preventing protrusions (14) are formed along the circumference of the plurality of the impact-absorbing protrusions (20), second slip-preventing protrusions (15) having an arc shape are formed in the tip of the pad(lθ), and third slip-preventing protrusions(lβ) are further formed in the longitudinal direction of the pad(lθ) between the first slip-preventing protrusions(14) and the second slip-preventing protrusions(15).

Description A SHOE INNER SOLES

Technical Field

[I] The present invention relates to a shoe inner soles, and more particularly, to a shoe inner soles that enables air to move between a sole of a foot and a footwear of a shoe wearer when the shoe wearer walks, and reduces an impact generated during walking, thereby reducing fatigue of the shoe wearer.

[3] Generally people wear shoes when they stay outdoors.

[4] Outdoor activities(social meetings, leisure activities and travels) of most people are increased during a weekend due to a tendency of decrease in workdays. [5] People wear shoes suitable for their activities, including mountain-climbing boots and sports shoes during their various outdoor activities. [6] Inner soles are used in their shoes to reduce an impact generated during walking of shoe wearers, and protect their feet, thereby reducing their fatigue. [7] Although a conventional shoe inner soles may absorb an impact transmitted from a shoe wearer and reduce his fatigue to some extent, impact-absorbing power of the inner sole is weakened when the shoe inner sole is used for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem [8] When people move for a long time in a state that they wear shoes in which inner soles having a weak impact-absorbing capability are used, they feel increase of fatigue and stress, and decrease of activity capability, and therefore their activity efficiency is rapidly decreased. [9] Although they have leisure activities for well-being to maintain their healthy body and mind and increase quality of their life, accumulated amount of feet fatigue may cause an adverse effect that may be harmful to their health, thereby threatening their healthy life. [10] Because the conventional inner soles have no air passage hole, and sweat generated from the shoe wearer's feet is not discharged when used for a long time, odor is generated and the shoe wearer may be infected with various foot diseases(for example, athlete's foot).

Technical Solution

[I I] The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, The object of the present invention is to provide a shoe inner soles that may absorb an impact generated

when a shoe wearer walks, reduce fatigue of the shoe wearer, and enable air passage in the shoe wearer's shoes, thereby preventing generation of odor.

[12] To achieve the above objects, the present invention has the following configurations.

[13] The shoe inner soles according to the present invention includes a pad made of a flexible material, a plurality of impact-absorbing protrusions formed to protrude from the bottom of the pad and integrally formed with pressure-applying protrusions in the center of the impact-absorbing protrusions, and a cushion member integrally formed between the pad and the impact-absorbing protrusion to elastically support the impact- absorbing protrusion.

[14] According to the present invention, air passage holes are further formed on the top of the pad to connect the adjacent impact- absorbing protrusions.

[15] According to the present invention, a concave groove is formed on the top of a heel portion of the pad that is contacted to a heel of a shoe wearer, and a first impact- absorbing pad is formed on the bottom of the heel portion of the pad, and a second impact-absorbing pad having a honeycomb shape is formed on the bottom of an arch portion of the pad to be contacted to an arch of the shoe wearer.

[16] According to the present invention, an air exhaust hole is further formed in the center of the pressure-applying protrusion.

[17] According to the present invention, a sheet having a plurality of vents corresponding to the impact-absorbing protrusions is further provided on the top of the pad.

[18] According to the present invention, a plurality of air passage holes are further formed on the pad for air to communicate between the top and bottom of the pad.

[19] According to the present invention, on the bottom of the pad, first slip-preventing protrusions are formed along the circumference of a group of the plurality of the impact-absorbing protrusions, second slip-preventing protrusions having an arc shape are formed in the tip of the pad, and third slip-preventing protrusions are further formed in the longitudinal direction of the pad between the first slip-preventing protrusions and the second slip-preventing protrusions. [31] As illustrated in the drawings, the shoe inner soles according to the present invention includes a pad 10 made of a flexible material, a plurality of impact-absorbing protrusions 20 protruded from the bottom of the pad 10, and a pressure-applying protrusion 21 integrally formed in the center of the impact- absorbing protrusion 20.

[32] The impact- absorbing protrusion 20 and the pad 10 are connected by a cushion member 30, the cushion member 30, pad 10 and impact- absorbing protrusion 20 are integrally formed, and the cushion member 30 is formed with a cone shape that becomes wider towards the side of the pad 10 and becomes narrower towards the side of the impact-absorbing protrusion 20.

[33] Although all of the impact-absorbing protrusions 20 may have the same height, the impact-absorbing protrusions 20 formed in an arch portion 50 become preferably higher towards the outside of the shoe inner soles to closely contact the shoe wearer's foot.

[34] A plurality of air passage holes 12 are formed on the top of the pad 10, as shown in

FIG. 6, and the air passage holes 12 are connected to the adjacent impact-absorbing protrusions 20.

[35] As shown in FIG. 7, a concave groove is formed on the top of a heel portion(40) of the pad(lθ) that is contacted to a heel of a shoe wearer, a first impact-absorbing pad is formed on the bottom of heel portion(40) of the pad(lθ), and a second impact- absorbing pad of a honeycomb shape is formed in an arch portion 50 where an arch of the shoe wearer is contacted, and thereby impact-absorbing capability is improved and fatigue of the shoe wearer is reduced.

[36] An air exhaust hole 22 may be further formed in the center of the pressure-applying protrusion 21.

[37] A sheet 60 is formed on the top of the pad 10, and a plurality of vents 61 are formed on the sheet 60 corresponding to the impact-absorbing protrusions 20.

[38] A plurality of air passage holes 13 are formed on the pad 10 for air to pass through them.

[39] On the bottom of the pad 10, first slip-preventing protrusions 14 are formed along the circumference of a group of the plurality of impact-absorbing protrusions 20, arc- shaped second slip-preventing protrusions 15 are formed at the tip side of the pad 10, and third slip-preventing protrusions 16 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the pad 10 between first slip-preventing protrusions 14 and second slip-preventing protrusions 15.

[40] The present invention will be described hereinafter in more detail.

[41] When a shoe inner soles according to the present invention is used, the shoe inner sole is firstly cut along a cutting path 11 among a plurality of cutting paths 11 formed on the pad 10, to conform to the size of the shoes.

[42] Although the cut shoe inner soles may be then inserted into the shoes for the side of shoe inner sole having the impact-absorbing protrusions 20 to be a top or bottom. The cut shoe inner sole is preferably inserted into the shoes for the side of shoe inner sole having the impact-absorbing protrusions 20 to be the bottom.

[43] When the shoes inserted with the shoe inner sole is used, the shoe inner sole is closely contact the wearer's foot because the impact-absorbing protrusions 20 formed in an arch portion 50 protrudes higher towards the outside of the shoe inner sole.

[44] When the shoe wearer walks, impact- absorbing protrusions 20 that the wearer's weight is not applied to among a plurality of impact-absorbing protrusions 20 maintain an initial state, as shown in FIG. 8.

[45] Impact-absorbing protrusions 20 that the wearer's weight is applied to among a plurality of impact-absorbing protrusions 20 absorb impact by deformation of cushion members 30, as shown in FIG. 9. A pressure-applying protrusion 21 formed at the

center of the impact-absorbing protrusion 20 prods the sole of the wearer's foot, and thereby fatigue of the wearer is reduced.

[46] When the impact-absorbing protrusion 20 is deformed as described in the above, air in the impact-absorbing protrusion 20 is moved to the adjacent impact-absorbing protrusion 20 through the air passage hole 12, and, at the same time, the air is moved through air exhaust hole 22 formed at the center of the pressure-applying protrusion 21, and thereby air inside the shoes is circulated.

[47] When an external force applied to the impact-absorbing protrusion 20(impact generated by the shoe wearer) is removed, the deformed impact-absorbing protrusion 20 returns to its initial state by a restoring force of the cushion member 30.

[48] The impact transmitted from the shoe wearer is effectively absorbed by the impact- absorbing pads provided on the heel portion 40 and the arch portion 50, and thereby fatigue of the shoe wearer is reduced even when the shoe inner sole is used for a long time.

[49] Additionally, air is circulated between the top and bottom of the pad 10 through an air passage hole 13 formed on the pad 10 and thereby odor generation is prevented.

[50] The first slip-preventing protrusions 14, second slip-preventing protrusions 15 and third slip-preventing protrusions 16 that are formed on the bottom of the pad 10 closely contact the inner surface of the shoes and thereby the movement of the pad 10 is prevented for the shoe wearer to feel comfort. Industrial Applicability

[51] Impact generated during walking may be absorbed by the shoe inner soles according to the present invention, and fatigue of the shoe wearer may be reduced even when the shoe inner sole is used for a long time.

[52] Odor generation is prevented inside the shoes because air may be circulated between the sole of the foot and inner surface of the shoes when walking.
