Title:
SHOE INSOLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/021517
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
Disclosed is a shoe insole which comprises a center portion and an outer portion and is made of polyurethane gel materials. The center portion is formed by mixing polyols, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyols, 0.05-2 parts by weight of nanosilver powder with a particle diameter of 50-100 nm, 0.5-15 parts by weight of toner, and 25-45 parts by weight of isocyanates, and curing the mixture in a gel form. The outer portion is formed by mixing polyols, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyols, 0.05-2 parts by weight of nanosilver powder with a particle diameter of 50-100 nm, and 20-45 parts by weight of isocyanates, and curing the mixture in a gel form. Polyurethane is applied to the shoe insole as an insole material and hardness is differentiated according to parts contacting a foot. Therefore, an impact-absorbing effect can be obtained without the increase of the insole’s thickness, and foot pain or fatigue can be reduced even in use for a long time. In addition, even if the shoe insole is used for a long time, the generation of bad odors and bacteria are prevented by mixing nanosilver powder with polyurethane and coating the surface of the insole with nanosilver.
