Description:
Shoe kit

Field of invention

The invention concerns the area of footwear products with the possibility of adapting them into a desired unit both during their production and assembly, as well as during their modification and repair by the user, thanks to the multiple parts from which the product is made.

Current state of technology

Today, many products exist that are fitted with a piece of Velcro or other connecting technical solution that allows a temporary or permanent connection, but they only serve one purpose, i.e., temporary fixation of two material sides, and purposes like the closure of the backpack pockets, shoes, handbags, etc. These products are also sold as a single unit and not as products with multiple parts, or with the option of later purchase of various parts and accessories that can change the design and function of the product. The disadvantage of the current state is that it does not allow transformation of the specific system and function of the product according to the requirements of the user or seller themselves.

The task of the new invention is to eliminate the given disadvantages and thus provide a practical option to transform one product into another.

Substance of the invention

The substance of this new invention is a shoe kit that allows easy transformation of one product into another with a different or expanded function, according to the requirements of the user or seller themselves, thanks to the use of the multiple parts that form the kit. The new invention consists in that the product itself comprises a main part, an auxiliary part and other supplementary parts and additional accessories that make up the product, whereas the individual parts have elements for interconnection, temporarily or permanently, full surface or in place, preferably with Velcro, or similar resources. Alternatively, the parts may be wholly, or partially made of these materials, or covered with these materials. In other versions, the individual parts consist of multiple layers. For products and their kits, the individual parts including the accessories of numerous shapes, are flat and spatial and made from various materials. Many elements can be used for interconnecting the parts. The elements are intended for temporary or permanent connection using a system of hooks and loops, snap hooks, the button principle, rubber-based permanent glue on one side with a removable second side, or with both removable sides bonded with rubber-based adhesive, doublesided Velcro, magnetic straps, permanent magnet, snaps, self-adhesive foil, double-sided adhesive tape, noiseless shape-memory Velcro, etc. The kit uses textile, leather, plastic, self-adhesive, elastic, composite fibres, metals, spandex, nylon, polyamide, polyester, polyurethane and other materials, as well as materials that can be washed, boiled or chemically treated.

The advantage of this invention is its great product variability with the possibility to continuously transform the product, not only during production and sale, but also during use. The kit according to this invention, or its principle, can not only be applied throughout the entire footwear industry, but also to handbags, belts, bags, backpacks, covers, bed linen, curtains, drapes, tents and other similar products or accessories, as well as in other fields. At the same time it is also possible to use this invention to change the functional appearance of products made with this kit through the application of various shapes, symbols, letters, logos, marks, flags, stripes, weather symbols such as the sun, moon, snowflakes, rain, clouds, or animals, persons, numbers, among others, all in a broad range of colours.

Clarification of drawings

The shoe kit according to this invention and some products made from it are shown in the attached drawings:

Figure 1 shows an example of the side view of the footwear component of the kit in the ankle boot design.

Figure 2 shows an example of the front view of the footwear component of the kit. Examples of invention implementation

Due to the fact that it is a kit, examples of its application are so numerous that they exceed the framework of the patent application. In principle, it concerns variants of the stated design example.

The shoe kit according to this invention in the first example is executed as an ankle boot, which consists of the main first part J_ shaped in the cut of the shoe upper and the auxiliary second part 2 shaped as the shoe sole. These parts are permanently bonded together. The boot further has an inner third part 3 comprising the inner thermal insole. The outer surface of the first part l of the upper is covered with several part 4 pieces of various shapes and purposes, with a protective function, with a supporting function for other parts, decorations, patches, metallic toe caps, lace holes. The lower surface of the second part 2 has several part 4 pieces, permanent or inter-detachable, such as special soles, anti-slip cleats, straps or spikes.

The shoe kit is used in such a manner that the necessary and suitable first, second, third and fourth parts 1, 2, 3, 4 are selected as required and set up in the desired final product, permanently or inter- detachable, to form a solid unit, and subsequently fit with other components. After this, they are ready for use. If necessary, the user can add, remove or change some parts and components. This is also possible in the case of repair of damage.

Industrial applicability

This kit invention can also adequately be applied outside the footwear industry, for instance, in the production of handbags, bags (satchels), backpacks and similar, but also in other fields.
