Abstract:
A shop management system (1) comprises: an acquisition means (100) that, at a timing when a customer performs at least one action from among entering a shop, making a payment in the shop, and leaving the shop, acquires a facial image of the customer from an imaging device that has captured the facial image; a notification means (200) for notifying the customer that a facial image is to be acquired, or has been acquired, by the acquisition means; and a permission means (300) for permitting the customer to perform at least one action from among entering the shop, making a payment in the shop, and leaving the shop on the condition that a facial image has been acquired by the acquisition means and the customer has been notified by the notification means. This makes it possible to manage, inter alia, entry of customers into the shop in a satisfactory manner.
