Abstract:
Provided is a shot blasting device which attains to safely perform cleaning processing for die-casting products having a high possibility of causing dust explosion.
The shot blasting device is provided with: a housing body for a subject to be processed which has a conveyance outlet of the subject to be processed and houses the subject to be processed so as to surround the same; an abrasive grain projector which projects abrasive grains to the subject to be processed that is housed in the housing body for the subject to be processed; an abrasive grain collecting mechanism which collects the abrasive grains after projection in the housing body for the subject to be processed and sends the same to the abrasive grain projector; and a wet dust collector which is connected from the housing body for the subject to be processed through a conduction pipe and captures dusts produced by the projection of the abrasive grains.
