Abstract:
The invention relates to a shuttle (1), comprising a lower part (5) and a shell (3). The bobbin (15) is inserted and retained between a rear stop (19) and a front stop (21). The thread cast-off is effected from the middle of the bobbin to the rear stop (19) and then diverted via a brake to the thread hole (29). The brake can be set and adjusted by hand from the underside of the bottom part.
