Disclosed in the present invention is a sidewalk construction scaffold for a railway bridge, comprising a bottom formwork scaffold (7) having a rectangular frame structure, four corners of the bottom formwork scaffold (7) being hoisted under two cross beams (1) by means of booms (6), the lower side of one end of each cross beam (1) being connected to a folded beam (3), the lower side of the other end being connected to an inclined beam (5), and the two cross beams (1) being connected by using connecting rods (21) to form a rectangular upper frame. In the present invention, the present scaffold can be hung on one side of a bridge to serve as a construction platform for a sidewalk; compared with the construction of a scaffold starting under the bridge, the construction period can be greatly shortened, the whole scaffold is divided into a hanging scaffold for fixing and a bottom formwork scaffold for arranging formwork, and the bottom formwork scaffold can be moved up and down, facilitating the installation and removal of the formwork.
