Abstract:
The invention relates to a signal generator (10) and to the use thereof for an automatable vehicle (1), wherein said signal generator (10) is designed, in automated operation of the vehicle, to generate a signal (11) depending on the detection of a traffic situation, in order to signal a driving decision of the vehicle to a road user (2) in the surroundings of said vehicle (1), which decision is dependent on the traffic situation. The invention likewise relates to a method for signalling a driving decision that is dependent on a traffic situation.
