Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a silica gel drying apparatus for a no-maintenance dehumidifier of a transformer, comprising a silica gel tank body and a device body. A dividing panel is provided horizontally crossing an interior central portion of the device body, the dividing panel splitting the interior portion of the device body into a material storage compartment and a drying chamber. A bottom portion of the side of the material storage compartment near to the silica gel tank body is connected to the silica gel tank body at a material drop port thereof by means of a material output pipe one. A hollowed-out panel is provided horizontally crossing an interior lower portion of the drying chamber, and the side of the hollowed-out panel near to the silica gel tank body is in communicated connection with the silica gel tank body by means of a material inlet channel. A heating panel is provided blow the hollowed-out panel, a plurality of fan heaters are mounted below the heating panel and in an interior lower portion of the drying chamber, and an agitation apparatus is provided at a central position above the hollowed-out panel. The agitation apparatus comprises a fixed panel two, and fixed panel two is fixed at an interior upper portion of the drying chamber. Drying uniformity is thus increased, the use effect is improved, and the transformer is prevented from being impacted.
