Abstract:
A silk drying apparatus, comprising exhaust fans (1), a cover plate (2), a U-shaped pipe (3), a drying box (4), flow shunting pipes (5) and a pressing assembly (41). The pressing assembly (41) is provided on the right end of the upper side of the drying box (4); the upper end of the drying box (4) is rotatably connected to the cover plate (2); the two exhaust fans (1) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the upper end of the cover plate (2), and inlet ends of the exhaust fans (1) are communicated with the box body; the front end of the drying box (4) is fixedly connected to a U-shaped pipe (3) which is transversely arranged in a left-right direction; the ends of the two horizontal portions of the U-shaped pipe (3) facing the drying box (4) are both equidistantly and fixedly connected to at least two flow shunting pipes (5); the flow shunting pipes (5) are transversely arranged and fixed inside the box body in a front-back direction, and the flow shunting pipes (5) penetrate through the drying box (4) and are connected to the U-shaped pipe (3); and the opposite ends of two vertically-arranged flow shunting pipes (5) are equidistantly and fixedly connected to at least two spray heads. The design causes hot air to be transferred along the U-shaped pipe (3) and the flow shunting pipes (5) and to be sprayed out by means of the spray heads, thus implementing heated drying of both an upper end and a lower end of a silk product and improving the drying effect.
