Abstract:
The present invention provides: a silver electrode having a smaller change in resistivity due to temperature changes than in the prior art; and a method of manufacturing a silver electrode. In the present invention, in an X-ray diffraction pattern measured by an X-ray diffractometer using a CuKα1 beam, there is one peak in a range in which a diffraction angle 2θ is 37.5° to 38.3°, and the rate of change of the diffraction angle of the peak when heating is carried out at 150°C for 30 minutes is 0.5% or less. Due to this configuration, realized is a silver electrode that has a smaller change in resistivity due to temperature changes as compared to the prior art.
