Abstract:
A silver halide photographic lightsensitive material of desirable graininess and high photographic speed. This silver halide photographic lightsensitive material is one comprising a support and, superimposed thereon, silver halide emulsion layers characterized in that at least one of the silver halide emulsion layers comprises two or more types of silver halide grains with different average diameters, and that the difference (&Dgr DAg) between average silver development ratio (DAgA) of silver halide grains (A) having minimum average diameter in terms of cube and average silver development ratio (DAgB) of silver halide grains (B) having maximum average diameter in terms of cube is 15% or greater.
