Abstract:
A manufacturing method for an integrated plastic hollowed-out ball pet toy, in which an injection molding technology and a punch technology are combined, comprises the following steps: manufacturing a spherical mother die, preparing toner, forming a plastic mother ball by means of injection molding, and manufacturing a stamp die, so as to obtain a finished product by means of punching. In the method, the complexity of the traditional rubber technology is changed, a finished product is manufactured by combining a technology of an injection molding machine and a technology of a punch, the procedures are simplified, the production period is shortened, and manufacturing costs are reduced. The method resolves the difficulty of combination and bonding of two half balls in the traditional hollowed-out ball manufacturing process, thereby highlighting the integrity of the product, and achieving the integration of the product.
