Abstract:
A simple palletizing control system for a robot, comprising a human-machine interface (HMI), a PLC, a robot controller, and a sensor assembly. The HMI is configured to be connected to and interact with the PLC; the PLC is used for receiving and processing parameters of the HMI, so that the HMI and the PLC perform human-machine interaction; the robot controller is configured to communicate with the PLC; the PLC writes palletizing formula data of the HMI into the robot controller, so that the robot controller sends an instruction to control actions of the robot and generates motion trajectories to complete a product palletizing task; the robot controller stores a main program used for planning robot actions, and the main program uses a branching structure programming architecture; the sensor assembly is configured to communicate with the PLC, so that the PLC completes detection of signals fed back by the sensor assembly. Also provided is a simple palletizing control method for a robot.
