Abstract:
A seat is placed on a curved rail and controlled by an elastic band embedded below it. There is a 360-degree rotating plate installed on the seat, which is locked to prevent rotation. This device allows you to perform several rotational movements of the neck and spine without causing shock and injury. There is an elastic band at the bottom and on the side of the device. The band is connected to the underside of the chair in a specific direction and guided by the pulleys. You can adjust the amount of traction and resistance of the elastic band depending on the type of exercise and the intensity of pressure applied to specific muscles.
