Abstract:
Disclosed is a single-point diamond trimming grinding wheel device based on on-line monitoring of acoustic emission. The device comprises a supporting module, an anti-interference module, a compression cooling module, and an acoustic emission on-line monitoring module. The supporting module comprises a housing (1), a core (15) and a waterproof sleeve (11), wherein the waterproof sleeve (11) is mounted on the housing (1), the housing (1) and the core (15) are connected by a screw (2), and a single-point diamond trimming pen (14) is inlaid in the core (15). The anti-interference module comprises a damping sheet (9) and a damping interlayer (3). The compression cooling module comprises a cavity (12), a cooling channel (13) and an elastic washer (10). An acoustic emission sensor (8) and the elastic washer (10) are mounted on the damping sheet (9), the damping interlayer (3) is mounted inside the housing (1), and the elastic washer (10) is bonded with the core (15). After a cooling liquid enters the cavity (12) from the waterproof sleeve (11), an upward pressure is generated on a lower surface of the damping sheet (9), so that the damping sheet (9) and the elastic washer (10) compress the acoustic emission sensor (8), and contact force of the acoustic emission sensor with the core (15) is increased. The device can improve the sensitivity of the acoustic emission sensor, reduce the loss of an acoustic emission signal, improve the anti-interference ability of a monitoring device, prevent thermal damage of the single-point diamond trimming pen, and ensure the trimming quality of a grinding wheel.
