Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of paints, and disclosed are a sintered neodymium iron boron grain boundary diffusion anti-adhesion coating and an application thereof. The anti-adhesion coating comprises a bottom layer and a surface layer; the raw material of the bottom layer is a coupling agent; and the surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of molybdenum sulfide powder, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, and 30-50 parts of an organic solvent. The anti-adhesion coating of the present invention is sprayed to the surface of a sintered neodymium iron boron magnetic steel, such that adhesion between products can be well avoided, whole-process operation automation is achieved, time and labor are saved, and production efficiency is improved; and the coating is simple, easy to use, and suitable for popularization.
