Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sinusoidal corrugated-tube-type coiled tubular heat exchanger suitable for FLNG. A shell-side refrigerant inlet is provided at the top of an outer cylinder, a shell-side refrigerant outlet is provided at the bottom of the outer cylinder, a sinusoidal corrugated-tube-type liquid distributor is arranged below the shell-side refrigerant inlet, a first sinusoidal corrugated coiled tube bundle and a second sinusoidal corrugated tube bundle are arranged inside the outer cylinder, the sinusoidal corrugated tube bundle is a sinusoidal-wave-shaped heat exchange tube, and peaks and troughs of the first sinusoidal corrugated coiled tube bundle and the second sinusoidal corrugated tube bundle are in one-to-one staggered correspondence from top to bottom. The sinusoidal corrugated-tube-type liquid distributor sequentially comprises, from top to bottom, a one-to-two tube, a two-to-four tube, and two sinusoidal corrugated-tube-type liquid distribution tubes. The liquid distribution capacity of the liquid distributor of the coiled tubular heat exchanger for FLNG, the heat exchange performance of tube-side natural gas and a refrigerant, and the flow stability of shell-side refrigerant falling film flow under severe sea conditions are improved.
