Abstract:
Disclosed are a six-layer flat copper wire winding structure having three pole pairs, and a motor using the winding structure. The winding structure comprises a three-phase composite winding structure arranged in at least six winding layers, and each phase of the composite winding structure is composed of multiple winding branches. The winding branches are composed of multiple winding elements evenly distributed in each of the winding layers, and adjacent winding elements are arranged in the same slot or adjacent slots in an alternating manner. Compared with the prior art, the present invention facilitates automatic wire insertion and connection, simplifies wire connection processes, and aims to connect respective winding branches by means of a common bus bar.
