Abstract:
A skid-mounted depressurization system, comprising a main process module, a mechanical control system, a thermal balance system and an intelligent control system. The main process module comprises multiple main process pipelines, the main process pipelines being provided thereon with depressurization valve groups; a process medium enters at least one main process pipeline during depressurization, and the mechanical control system outputs torque according to a control instruction from the intelligent control system to control each valve of the main process pipelines to carry out action switching and opening degree adjustment; the thermal balance system provides media having different attributes into the main process pipelines according to a control instruction from the intelligent control system so as to control the temperature, pressure, cleanliness, and/or sealing degree of the main process module.
