Abstract:
A sleep detection method and system for a smart watch. Said method comprises the following steps: acquiring sleep data of a user (101); comparing the current sleep data with standard sleep data to acquire the sleep quality of the user (102); and comparing the sleep quality with historical sleep qualities and displaying the comparison result to the user (103). Said system comprises an acquisition unit (201), a comparison unit (202) and a result unit (203). Said system has the advantage of good user experience.
