Abstract:
A method for dealing with the locking in a hole of a traction pipe of a non-flat excavation horizontal directional drill and a sleeve device. The sleeve device comprises a drill rod connecting device (3), a device (1) separating attachments from a pipe surface, a base (5) and a water injection device (2). The steps for using the sleeve device to deal with the locking in the pipe hole are: connecting the drill rod connecting device (3) to a drill rod of a horizontal directional drilling machine; taking the device (1) separating attachments from a pipe surface and sleeving same in the hole to lock the periphery of the traction pipe; turning on a water pump of the horizontal directional drilling machine to convey fresh water or artificial mud by means of the drill rod of the horizontal directional drilling machine, and by means of the water injection device (2) of the sleeve device, injecting water or artificial mud into the attachments which lock the surface of the traction pipe; the sleeve device continuously connects to the drill rod by means of the horizontal directional drilling machine, locks the periphery of the traction pipe along the hole, and while pushing the sleeve device forward, the device (1) separating attachments from a pipe surface separates the attachments that lock the traction pipe surface in the hole; and using the horizontal directional drilling machine to push the sleeve device to draw the periphery of the traction pipe along the inside of the hole until the sleeve device is pushed out of the hole.
