Disclosed are a slide vane, a pump body assembly, a compressor, and an air conditioner having same. The pump body assembly comprises a cylinder assembly (10), a flange part (20), a rotating shaft (30) and a slide vane (40). The flange part (20) is connected to the cylinder assembly (10), the flange part (20) and the cylinder assembly (10) form an enclosure to create a working cavity, and an avoidance part is provided on a surface, located in the working cavity, of the flange part (20). A limiting structure (50) is provided in an accommodation part (42). The limiting structure (50) is provided with an avoidance position in the accommodation part (42), and at least part of the limiting structure (50) is provided with a limiting position protruding out of a surface of the accommodation part (42). When the working cavity performs an air suction operation, the limiting structure (50) cooperates with the avoidance part, such that the limiting structure (50) is located at the limiting position, and the head of the slide vane (40) is arranged at a distance from a cavity wall of the working cavity. Such an arrangement avoids friction occurring between the head of the slide vane (40) and the cavity wall of the working cavity, thereby reducing the power consumption of the pump body assembly.
