Abstract:

In order to prevent the concentration of substance that generate deposits on a sliding surface, and thus to prevent the generation of deposits and maintain the sealing function of the sliding surface for a long period of time, the present invention is characterized in that: on one sliding surface, fluid circulation grooves (10) comprising an inlet part (10a), an outlet part (10b), and a connecting part (10c) are formed; positive pressure generation mechanisms (11) are provided in the portion surrounded by the fluid circulation grooves (10) and a high-pressure-fluid side; negative pressure generation mechanisms (12) are provided on a low-pressure-fluid side between the multiple fluid circulation grooves (10); supplementary fluid circulation grooves (13) comprising an inlet part (13a), an outlet part (13b), and a connecting part (13c) are provided in the high-pressure-fluid side between the multiple fluid circulation grooves (10); and supplementary positive pressure generation mechanisms (14) are provided in the portion surrounded by the supplementary fluid circulation grooves (13) and the high-pressure-fluid side.
