Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technological field of fingerprint identification. Disclosed are a slope wave generation circuit and digital-to-analogue conversion circuit thereof, and fingerprint identification system. The circuit comprises: an integrating circuit (100), for outputting a slope wave signal; a signal adjustment circuit (200) comprising a feedback control loop circuit (210) and a trans-conductance amplifier (220) in serial connection, the feedback control loop circuit (210) monitoring the slope wave signal outputted by the integrating circuit (110) and outputting an adjustment control signal to the trans-conductance amplifier (220), and the trans-conductance amplifier (220) modifying the slope wave signal according to the adjustment control signal, the slope wave signal being outputted by the integrating circuit (100) in the next period; a voltage generation circuit (300), for respectively outputting a reference voltage signal to the integrating circuit (110) and the signal adjustment circuit (200). The fingerprint identification system can solve the problem in the prior art that fingerprint system performance deteriorates because a slope wave generation circuit and a clock generator are affected by PVT.
