Abstract:
Provided is a slurry for forming an electrode-active-material layer, the slurry being such that adhesion to a current collector is improved while reductions in cell capacity are suppressed. This slurry includes at least an active material and an aqueous binder and is used for forming an electrode-active-material layer of a cell, wherein the aqueous binder content is 0.1-0.8 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the active material, and the aqueous binder content in a supernatant solution obtained by centrifugally separating the slurry is 45 wt% or higher relative to the total amount of the aqueous binder included in the slurry. This slurry furthermore preferably includes a fibrous substance.
