Abstract:
This Sm-Fe-N rare earth magnet contains Sm-Fe-N crystal grains. The oxygen content in the Sm-Fe-N rare earth magnet is 0.5 mass% or less based on the total amount of the Sm-Fe-N rare earth magnet, and the average grain size of the Sm-Fe-N crystal grains is 1 μｍ or less.
