Abstract:

To provide a small flying body in which it is possible to mitigate impact when the flying body falls and collides with the ground, etc. A small aircraft that has an airbag device and a maximum length of 2 m and that is capable of flying by radio control or autonomous flight by autopilot, wherein: the small aircraft has a frame, propeller, motor, transmission/reception antenna, and main body part including a controller and a battery; the airbag device has a gas supply means, sensor, control device, and airbag and is mounted on the main body part; and the gas supply means is provided with a gas cylinder with which it is possible to release a gas in the interior thereof by destroying and opening a closing member, a destruction means including an electric igniter for opening the closing member of the gas cylinder, and an introduction means for introducing the pressurized gas in the gas cylinder into the airbag and causing the airbag to expand.
