Abstract:
A small seed-hulling apparatus, comprising a housing (1), an electric motor (2) disposed in the housing, and an active roller (5) connected to the electric motor (2); one end of the active roller (5) being an active roller gear (51), and the active roller (5) having formed thereon a V-shaped groove (52), a bottom of the V-shaped groove having fixed thereto at intervals pressing protrusions (53); a passive roller (7) having an identical structure to the active roller (5), the active roller gear (51) meshing with a passive roller gear (71), and a position of an upper side of the housing in between the active roller (5) and the passive roller (7) being provided with a feed opening (8); an inclined separation plate (9) being disposed at a lower side of the active roller (5) and the passive roller (7), the separation plate (9) being connected to an outlet opening (10). The present apparatus limits position by means of the V-shaped groove (52) and applies force by means of the pressing protrusions (53), these structures combined being similar to pressing with the hands, each seed is pressed by 2-3 pressing protrusions in a pressing process and directly falls to the separation plate (9) when the pressing process is complete, and a distance between the two rollers is stable, protecting seed kernels, so that the seed kernels are not crushed.
