Abstract:

A small-sized lightweight coreless motor manufactured by assembling a fixed shaft (10) which is a chief component, and a field magnet (11a) through which the fixed shaft (10) extends and which is fixedly disposed at nearly the center of the shaft (10) in the axial direction of the shaft (10) into a stator (11), assembling a cylindrical coil (12a) which houses the magnet (11a) with a gap (G) from the outer peripheral side of the magnet (11a) and rotary discs (12b, 12c) which are rotatably put on the shaft (10) on both sides of the magnet (11a) and fitted into both open ends of the coil (12a) into a rotor (12), and assembling a cylindrical yoke (13) provided on the outer periphery of the coil (12a) and an eccentric plate (14) provided on the outer periphery of the yoke (13) into an eccentric weight.
