Abstract:
A smart lifting column transmission system assembly, having a telescopic sleeve, the telescopic sleeve being internally provided with a lifting column transmission assembly; the lifting column transmission assembly comprises, from inside to outside, a transmission shaft (1), a first hollow lead screw (2), a second hollow lead screw (3) and a guide tube (4) which are successively sleeved, a first hollow lead screw nut (5) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the second hollow lead screw (3), a second hollow lead screw nut (6) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the guide tube (4), the first hollow lead screw nut (5) is threadedly sleeved outside the first hollow lead screw (2), and the second hollow lead screw nut (6) is threadedly sleeved outside the second hollow lead screw (3); and the transmission shaft (1) rotates synchronously with the second hollow lead screw (3) by means of a synchronous rotating device. The smart lifting column transmission system assembly has a compact structure, reduces the use of bearings, and achieves a small installation height and a large stroke capability; for the overall structure, a two-stage helical transmission can be achieved only by fastening two ends, and two-segment and three-segment electric lifting columns use the same lifting column transmission assembly; and the overall structure is large-end-down, enhancing the structural stability.
