A smart pad (A100), which is used for determining the physiological state or action of a user, the smart pad (A100) comprising: a sensing region (10) that is provided with a plurality of sub-sensing portions (11), the sub-sensing portions (11) being separated from one other by means of a plurality of separating portions (12); a channel region (20), which is in communication with the sub-sensing portions (11); and a collecting portion (30), fluid (F) in the sub-sensing portions (11) being in communication with the collecting portion (30) by means of the channel region (20); the fluid (F) in the sub-sensing portions (11) corresponds to a change in state generated by a physiological state or an action, thereby being transmitted to the collecting portion (30) by means of the channel region (20); the separating portions (12) do not generate a change in state corresponding to the physiological state or the action. The smart pad will not perplex a user, and the physiological state of the user may be sensed without constraining the user.
