Abstract:
A smart oil/water separation tank according to an embodiment of the present invention can be installed flexibly in spite of limitations in a narrow space such as a sink in a kitchen and at the same time readily treats fat (oil) that solidifies therein, and facilitates cleaning or maintenance of deposits in various forms that are attached such as to the bottom of the inside thereof. In addition, the smart oil/water separation tank is not only capable of functioning as a smart oil/water separation tank that can effectively prevent impurities such as fine-sized fat, which can be contained in purified water discharged to the outside of the oil/water separation tank, using the differentiated structural characteristics of the inside thereof, but can also provide the function of making easily available, even outside the tank, the state or internal state (pH, gas concentration, and/or internal pressure, the concentration degree of deposits, and the like) of fat that is solidifying and accumulating in the oil/water separation tank, through a sensor attached in a set position inside and/or outside the oil/water separation tank, without opening a lid part attached to the upper portion of the smart oil/water separation tank.
