Provided is a smart wearable device having a camera function, comprising a frame (1), a connection structure (2), a device body (3), and a wearing component (4). The frame (1) comprises a first end (10a) and a second end (10b) arranged opposite to each other. The connection structure (2) comprises a fixing member (21) and a rotating member rotatably connected to said fixing member (21); the fixing member (21) is fixedly arranged on the first end (10a) of the frame (1). The device body (3) is provided with a camera apparatus, and the device body (3) is fixedly connected to the rotating apparatus such that the device body (3) can rotate relative to the frame (1) and thus cause the camera apparatus to obtain different shooting angles. The two ends of the wearing component (4) are connected to the first end (10a) of the frame (1) and the second end (10b) of the frame (1), respectively. The smart wearable device has the function of the device body (3) being reversible, enabling the camera of the smart wearable device to obtain different shooting angles, significantly improving the convenience of using the smart wearable device.
