Abstract:
A snap-fit connection structure, a headband and a sports cap, wherein the snap-fit connection structure comprises a female connector (1) and a male connector (2), the female connector (1) is provided with a slot (4), the two inner side walls at an opening end of the slot (4) are provided with a first wavy surface (5), the male connector (2) is provided with a mating protrusion (6), the two outer sides of the mating protrusion (6) are provided with a second wavy surface (7), and the mating protrusion (6) is inserted into the slot (4). The first wavy surface (6) mates with the second wavy surface (7), the peak of the first wavy surface (5) corresponds to the trough of the second wavy surface (7), and the trough of the first wavy surface (5) corresponds to the peak of the second wavy surface (7). The female connector (1) has a hard texture, the male connector (2) has a soft texture, and the connection problem between soft and hard materials is solved. A simple structure is adopted to achieve much firmer connection and easy detachment.
