A socket device having a multi-functional freely rotating jack, comprising a socket main body (10), a power plug (20) that is disposed at a rear end surface of the socket main body, and a rotatable socket unit (30) that is disposed on a left side and/or a right side of a front end surface of the socket main body; an accommodating groove (101), for which a side end surface forms an opening, is opened toward the rear on the left side and/or the right side of the front end surface of the socket main body; a middle portion of a front end surface of the rotatable socket unit is provided with a power jack A (301) and is accommodated within the accommodating groove, upper and lower parts thereof being rotatingly connected in correspondence with upper and lower parts of the accommodating groove; when the rotatable socket unit is rotated backwards to the power jack A and exposed by the opening, the power plug of an electronic product of a user may be plugged into the power jack A from a side surface of the socket device to receive power without obstructing other electronic products from receiving power from the front end surface of the socket main body; when the rotatable socket unit is rotated backwards to the power jack A and hidden in the accommodating groove, the power jack A is hidden, which may prevent dust and guard against splashing water, having a good usage effect.
