Abstract:
The present invention relates to a soft capsule manufacturing device. The present invention comprises: a first die roll for supplying a first film while the first film is wound around at least one surface thereof, multiple first capsule grooves being formed along the outer peripheral surface of the first die role; a second die role disposed adjacent to the first die role so as to supply a second film while the second film is wound around at least one surface thereof, multiple second capsule grooves being formed along the outer peripheral surface of the second die role; wedges installed to be forced against the first film and the second film wound one surfaces of the first die roll and the second die roll, respectively; a pressure reducer for reducing the pressure in the first capsule grooves or the second capsule grooves such that the first film or the second film is forced against the inner surface thereof; a tablet supplier for supplying tablets to the first capsule grooves or the second capsule grooves; and liquid medication injection nozzles for injecting a liquid medication into the first capsule grooves and the second capsule grooves, thereby forming soft capsules. At least one of the liquid medication injection nozzles is capable of circulating air and the liquid medication inside the first capsule grooves or the second capsule grooves by means of spraying power.
