Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a soft magnetic thin film and the like having a high saturation magnetic flux density and a low coercivity. [Solution] A soft magnetic thin film having soft magnetic crystalline grains. The average particle size of the soft magnetic crystalline grains is 3-50 nm. The present invention is characterized in that if a STEM is used on an arbitrary cut section parallel to the thickness direction of the soft magnetic thin film, and an ADF image is observed, a columnar structure in which the soft magnetic crystalline grains are stacked in columns can be verified.
