Abstract:
Disclosed are a soft-start protection circuit, a method, and lidar. A soft-start protection circuit comprises: an energy-storage capacitor; a field-effect transistor connected to a first end of the energy-storage capacitor, the field-effect transistor being configured to control the energy-storage capacitor to release electric energy, and when the energy-storage capacitor releases the electric energy, a control voltage output by the first end being gradually reduced from a first target voltage; a bleeder resistor, a first end of the bleeder resistor being connected to the first end of the energy-storage capacitor, a second end of the bleeder resistor and a second end of the energy-storage capacitor being in common ground, and the bleeder resistor being configured to consume the electric energy released by the energy-storage capacitor; and an enable signal output end, a first enable end of the field-effect transistor being connected to the enable signal output end, the field-effect transistor being turned off when the first enable end receives a first enable signal output by the enable signal output end, and at this time, the energy-storage capacitor starting to release the electric energy so as to output the control voltage.
