Abstract:
The present application provides a software updating method and system, and a mobile robot and a server. The software updating method comprises the following steps of: when the mobile robot moves in accordance with a navigation route, obtaining second obstacle information detected by a detection device on the navigation route; generating sample information on the basis of the second obstacle information and an image comprising a second obstacle that generates the second obstacle information; sending the sample information to a service end; and updating a software program when an update data packet fed back by the service end is received. According to the present application, by obtaining the second obstacle information to generate the sample information, and updating the software program when the update data packet generated by the service end on the basis the sample information is received, the accuracy of identifying the obstacle by the mobile robot is improved, so that the collision rate is reduced when the mobile robot moves along the navigation route planned on the basis of the updated obstacle information.
