Abstract:
The present invention provides a solar cell capable of improving photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a manufacturing method therefor. The solar cell according to the present invention comprises: an electrode layer formed on a substrate; a light absorbing layer formed on the electrode layer; a mixed buffer layer formed on the light absorbing layer through an atomic layer deposition (ALD) process, and formed by alternately and repeatedly stacking cadmium sulfide (CdS) and zinc sulfide (ZnS); and a window layer formed on the mixed buffer layer. Therefore, the mixed buffer layer, in which cadmium sulfide (CdS) and zinc sulfide (ZnS) are alternately and repeatedly stacked, is formed through the ALD process, thereby enabling photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell to be improved.
