Abstract:
Provided are a solar cell panel support frame which makes it possible to easily install a solar cell panel even in a narrow operating space, and a solar power generation device. A solar cell panel support frame (20) having a second rail (220) that supports the bottom-side end edge (10b) of a solar cell panel (10), and has a mounting surface (221b-1) to which the bottom-side end edge (10b) of the solar cell panel (10) is mounted, and also has a temporary support projection (221b-2) which projects from the mounting surface (221b-1) and temporarily supports the bottom-side end edge (10b) on the mounting surface (221b-1) by contacting the bottom-side end edge (10b), the solar cell panel support frame (20) being characterized by being further equipped with a bottom-side affixing fitting (262) for affixing the bottom-side end edge (10b) to the second rail (220) by affixing the bottom-side end edge (10b) being temporarily supported by the temporary support projection (221b-2) to the second rail (220) so as to be sandwiched between the bottom-side affixing fitting (262) and the mounting surface (221b-1).
