This solar heat collection device (8) is provided with a heat collection tube (12) through which a heat medium flows, a reflection plate (13) which condenses sunlight onto the heat collection tube (12), and a light blocking member (40) which is attached so as to cover part of the reflection surface (13a) of the reflection plate (13) when the heat medium is introduced into the heat collection tube (12).
