Abstract:
Disclosed is a solar heat storage and cyclic type wood dedicated drying kiln, comprising a track (1) arranged on a harden ground (11) in a south-north longitudinal direction, and several kiln bodies. Each of the kiln bodies comprises several groups of aluminum alloy frames (2) and plastic films (3) distributed at equal intervals, zipper doors (4) located at front and rear ends of the kiln body, several heat cycling devices (5) and a dehumidification device (6). Each group of the aluminum alloy frames (2) crosses the track (1) by means of foot rails (22) and straight base beams (23) thereof, and a foldable metal liner tube (24) parallel to a front-rear direction of the track (1) is provided on the top of each group of the aluminum alloy frames (2). Several temperature meters and moisture meters are equidistantly arranged inside each kiln body, and the plastic films on two sides of each kiln body and close to the zipper doors (4) are provided with several dehumidification zipper ports (34) and observation zipper ports (35). The drying kiln has a simple structure and a high drying efficiency, and is efficient in energy storage and is easy to assemble, disassemble and use.
