Abstract:
A solenoid valve and a production process therefor, the solenoid valve comprising a sleeve tube (1), a static iron core (2), a movable iron core (3), a compression spring (4), a single-head valve body (5), a water inlet (51), a water outlet (52), a coil bobbin (61), a coil (62), an injection moulded encapsulating layer (63), a holding frame (7), a sealing head installation groove (31), and a sealing rubber head (32); the production process comprises: manufacturing a semi-finished coil component; coil encapsulation; folding the terminals; assembling the static iron core (2), a clamping ring (9), and the holding frame (7); assembling the sleeve tube (1); assembling the coil component and the sleeve tube (1); riveting the holding frame (7); mounting the sealing rubber head (32), the compression spring (4), and the moveable iron core (3); mounting the single head valve body (5); and testing the solenoid valve performance.
