Title:
SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/120952
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is a solid-liquid separation system that liquefies a working fluid for dissolving water or oil in the liquid phase, causes the working fluid to come in contact with a solid substance so as to include the water or oil included in the solid substance, and thereafter deposits the water or oil by gasification of the working fluid. The solid-liquid separation system is provided with: a fluid circuit wherein a high temperature side heat exchanger for gasifying the working fluid by means of a refrigerant and a low temperature side heat exchanger for liquefying the working fluid by means of a refrigerant are connected and the working fluid circulates; and a refrigeration cycle wherein a compressor, a condenser for heat exchange with a heat source other than the working fluid, the high temperature side heat exchanger, an expansion mechanism, and the low-temperature side heat exchanger are connected in order and the refrigerant circulates. Furthermore, the solid-liquid separation system is provided with a recovery operating mode for gasification of the working fluid within a filling tank separate from the solid-liquid separation. Thus, stable operation can be carried out continuously, and introduction costs and running costs can be controlled. Examples of a means for carrying out this recovery operating mode include a second expansion mechanism between the condenser and the high temperature side heat exchanger and a heating unit that does not use the refrigerant as a heat source in the fluid circuit.
