Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a solid-phase-reaction container in which a biologically specific reaction is utilized, and a measurement method in which the solid-phase-reaction container is used, wherein it is possible to provide stable measurement precision even while obtaining higher measurement speeds and vastly smaller amounts of specimen liquid. [Solution] A solid-phase-reaction container comprising: an upper lid member having a tapered opening part substantially in the center of a top surface portion; a lower lid member that is formed so as to be able to mate with the upper lid member and that has a venting part in a bottom part; a first filter member for capturing a substance to be detected, which is included in a specimen liquid supplied via the opening part; and a liquid-absorbing member accommodated in an internal space formed by the mating of the upper lid member and the lower lid member, the liquid-absorbing member absorbing the specimen liquid that has passed through the first filter. A second filter member having a surface of different wettability than the surface of the liquid-absorbing member is provided between the first filter member and the liquid-absorbing member.
