Abstract:
Each of a plurality of unit pixels (400) is provided with: a photoelectric conversion unit (401); a first transfer transistor (405) connected to the photoelectric conversion unit; a memory unit (402) connected to the photoelectric conversion unit via the first transfer transistor to hold a signal charge generated in the photoelectric conversion unit; a second transfer transistor (406) connected to the memory unit; a storing unit (403) connected to the memory unit via the second transfer transistor to store a charge transferred from the memory unit; an amplifying transistor (407) for causing a pixel signal of a voltage value based on the charge stored in the storing unit to appear on a signal line; a first draining transistor (404) connected to the photoelectric conversion unit; and a second draining transistor (410) connected to the photoelectric conversion unit.
